1. I’m interested to buy games here, how to buy it here?

First of all, we appreciated your interest for buying game from us. If you wanted to buy a game here, it’s simple. You can create an account for yourself by clicking ‘Sign Up’. Then you can add your favourite games to cart and checkout to make payment for your favourite games.

2. What kind of payment method do NitroGaming accept?

Well, payment always comes last to get your favourite games. Unfortunately, we don’t accept e-wallets payment for now. We’re so sorry about that. We do accept cards payments (credit cards and debit cards). For your information, we will try to add more payment methods such as online banking and e-wallets in the future. Stay tuned!

3. I’ve put all my favourite games into the cart, do I get charged for shipping fee?

In NitroGaming, it exists. For our beloved customers, we charged RM5.00 without any minimum weight counted. Yes, you heard it right. So, you can sit down and relax and wait for your favourite game to arrive on your doorsteps.

4. I’ve ordered and purchased my games from NitroGaming. How long do I need to wait to receive them?

We know that you can’t wait to play your favourite game. Once you have purchased and order your favourite game from us, we will ship out in 24 hours and it may arrive to your doorsteps in 2 to 3 days for West Malaysia and (depends on area). We hope that your favourite game can arrive safely to your doorsteps and enjoy gaming!

5. Do I receive any paper receipt for my purchase?

The answer is no. To save our Earth, we, NitroGaming will not provide any paper receipts. We will send an e-receipt or email receipt for you as your invoice (a.k.a. receipt). We hope that you understand that saving our Earth is important and we appreciate your understanding.

6. Do I receive tracking number/code for my order?

We’ll provide you a tracking number/code to you after your order has been shipped out. We know that you’re worried about your order so you can have this code and check the updates of your order. Remember, the tracking code/number will be sent via email. So, make sure that you provided the correct email to us. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

7. I received my games, but they are broken. What should I do?

If you have faced this, we’re very sorry. We know that this can affect your gaming experience and everyone also doesn’t like that, right? Contact us and remember to send us the details to us so that we can help you to settle it.

8. What kind of games do you sell here?

We do sell a lot of games. We got Sports and Racing, Horror, Action and many more games for you to explore on our website! We guarantee that there must be a game that will be your favourite here.

9. Do you have a physical store?
