|Q. Can I use another card for payment?
|A. Yes, you can. You can either use 'Visa' or 'MasterCard' to make your payment. We know that you will change your card sometimes to make payments. Just type your card details again during checkout only.
|Q. The ‘Payment Failed’ show out during the checkout process, but the money is already deducted in my bank account. How?
|A. You may wait a few minutes for the bank to process the payment. If the checkout isn’t successful and the money is already deducted, please contact the bank.
|Q. Can I use e-wallet and online banking to make payment?
|A. Unfortunately, no. We only accept card payments for now. So, remember to stay tuned for more payment method that we will add in the future.
|Q. Why I cannot make payment?
|A. Well, maybe your card is expired, or at low balance. If 2 of them isn’t the problem, you need to check with the bank for more details about your bank account and card.
|Q. I forgot to add another game to the cart and I pressed ‘Checkout’. It brings me to the payment page. Can I cancel it and order again?
|A. Yes, you can. You can add another game to the cart again and make the payment one more time. But, if you’re using the same card to make payment, you’ll need to wait for a few minutes to prevent your bank account from getting locked.
